In September 2024, Studio Aekae led the brand identity and investment material project for Level Zero, a biotech company pioneering continuous hormone monitoring. With a multi-million-dollar investment round in San Francisco and a key TechCrunch Disrupt presentation ahead, they needed a sharp, strategic rebrand to secure funding while increasing public interest. The Studio developed the entire brand in just one week, maintaining daily meetings to refine ideas and execute with speed. Through brand workshops, mission-vision-values alignment, and geometric experimentation, we built a system designed for rapid growth. The visual identity was developed to contrast with the soft, organic aesthetics often found in hormone and femtech branding. Instead, we focused on neutrality and confidence, opting for angular geometry and a clean, tech-forward aesthetic. This approach ensured the brand felt both trustworthy to healthcare professionals and accessible to future consumers, without leaning too far into clinical sterility or consumer wellness trends. The rebrand played a pivotal role in Level Zero successfully securing the largest ever pre-seed fundraise for a European female-led company.
